Refund Policy

All cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing.

By September 19: 100% refund
From September 20 – October 10: 50% refund
After October 10: no refund
No-shows: no refund

After October 10, 2017, all registrations will be onsite and charged the onsite registration rates.  If your registration is received after October 10, it will not be processed until you arrive at the convention.
