Between the exhibit hall, educational sessions, networking, and exploring the beautiful Inner Harbor of Baltimore, you’re going to be logging miles at PestWorld 2017. With the Professional Women in Pest Management (PWIPM) PestSteps Challenge, you’ll make those steps count. All proceeds go to the Avon Foundation for Women!
Participate in the PestSteps Challenge:
Join us on Tuesday at 7:15 a.m. for a 5K benefiting the Issues Defense Fund with a mission to defend and advance the pest management industry in extraordinary circumstances through legislative, regulatory, and legal advocacy and action. The course begins just steps from the hotel and will take you around Camden Yards and M&T Stadium (Home of the Baltimore Orioles and Ravens).
Click here to sign up. The entry fee is $50 and includes a commemorative shirt and race refreshments.

Falling on the same week as PestWorld, the Baltimore Running Festival (half marathon) offers convention attendees a chance to be part of a PestWorld team. NPMA, in conjunction with LDG Gives Back, will be helping to raise funds to support the LDG Gives Back event during PestWorld through donations raised by runners of the half marathon.
If you are interested in running or donating, please see the steps below:
STEP ONE: Individuals who would like to participate will need to register directly through the Baltimore Running Festival website.
STEP TWO: Team PestWorld! Let NPMA know you are signed up to run and we will add you to the team roster. Participation includes a special PestWorld Team Shirt (compliments of Bayer Environmental Sciences). E-mail Megan Moloney to be added to the Team Community Page (please register by September 1, 2017 in order to receive a team shirt).
STEP THREE: Tell your friends and family and ask for their support by donating to the LDG initiative “PestWorld Gives Back.” All donations will go toward purchasing additional materials to be donated during PestWorld at the PestWorld Gives Back event.
NOT A RUNNER? You can still donate to the cause and support your industry colleagues. If you would like to make a donation, you can do so on the online PestWorld registration form or by e-mailing Megan Moloney.
